I am Kim Byoung Joon, the 12th chairman of the Seomyeon Medical Street Medical Tourism Council.

With the pride and belief that medical tourism services on Seomyeon Medical Street are world-class, this council is playing a pivotal role in the medical tourism project in Busanjin-gu, through various activities and projects such as participating in overseas fairs and presentations, holding Seomyeon Medical Street festivals, and introducing excellent medical technologies through fam tours.

Through close cooperation and solid solidarity among more than 40 member companies, including hospitals, hotels, and wellness institutions in Busanjin-gu, we are leading the improvement of the quality of medical tourism services of each institution and promoting the attraction of medical tourists.

In the future, the council will make efforts to establish Busan as an international medical tourism hub based on smart medical tourism infrastructure with Busanjin-gu.

Furthermore, we will play a leading role in the globalization of Korea's medical technology and services, while contributing to the health promotion of the international community.
