The crape myrtle trees in Hwaji Park, Yangjeong-dong are the old giant trees on both sides of the tomb of the retired town manager Jeong Mundo, the progenitor of Dongrae Jeong clan. They make a trapezoidal form. It is estimated that they are about 800 years old. It is said that crape myrtle trees were planted when the tomb of Sir Jeong Mundo was made and have been cared for up to now. The original stem withered and remains. Other branches around dead stems survive as if a separate tree and live up to now.

Orbicular gabbro, spreading at the foot of Hwangryeongsan Mountain, comprises the orb with the light and dark mineral bands arranged in shell or radial shape around the round nucleus, which is comprised of white or colorless minerals. The round nucleus contains light, dark, green, or colorful minerals in the gabbro. Those elements appear as concentric circles or petal patterns on the surface of the rock.
